​Using the paradigm of the inner magical forest, the hero-heroine (that’s us😊) embarks on a quest for transformation that’s fun, endearing and often leaves us awe-struck. The journey involves, among other things, finding our heart’s song, claiming our superpower, doing battle with our dragons (those pesky core issues), aligning with our true north and, on our return, to emerge with the treasures we’ve discovered and received. 

Personal journeys for transformation include, in part, exploring your inner garden, discovering your own personal place of healing, seeing through the eyes of Spirit, and dreaming something into manifestation. Join me on this mythical hero-heroine's journey using sound, movement and inner spirit journeys, the 3 Feathers Trilogy of Love, to excavate and explore your own myth. Each week, you'll be given writing prompts and exercises to explore each stage of the journey revealing ever more deeply the mythical magic of your life.
 
The outcome of this 8-week journey will be your unique expression of the story(s) of your life at this point in time. You may find them emerging and settling in stories, poems, pictures, drawings, songs—or simply in some quiet corner of your heart.
