Would you like to find a way to be more at peace navigating strained family and community relationships due to the current political climate? Would you just like to remember what it feels like to be in unabashed, unapologetic, unmitigated JOY again?
 
If so, you are invited to join The JOY of Spiritual Practice. For just an hour and fifteen minutes each week, step into the sacred sound current of mantra to hone the mind, the fluidity of ecstatic movement to awaken the body, and into spirit journeys to discover new vistas of your soul. Here, we'll explore the coming age of spiritual practice and how we can better evolve into the 5th dimension, the Age of Aquarius.

Tuesday Day Class: 2:00 – 3:15 PM EST
Tuesday Evening Class: 6:00 – 7:15 PM EST
 
Classes run monthly February, March & April (Feb. 3,10,17,24, Mar. 3,10,17,24, 31, April 7,14,21,28)
Register for either class each month before the first Tuesday meeting. Come to any or all months as you are drawn.
 
Themes & 5th dimension principles:
February: Theme: Devotional Love; 5th Dimension Principle: Let Go (letting go of control, playing small, old hurts, fear of being your True Self)

March: Theme: Peace Beyond Understanding; 5th Dimension Principle: Step into NOT Knowing
April: Theme: Joy Beyond Circumstance; 5th Dimension Principle: Grow Through Joy

We'll explore these themes and principles in the Trilogy of Love where sacred sound, ecstatic movement, and spirit journeys meet.
1st Tuesday: mantra
2nd Tuesday: movement
3rd Tuesday: spirit journeys
4th Integrate all three modalities
